Passages Arts Connection is excited to offer funding and scholarship opportunities for young creatives under the age of 18.
Our goal is to empower youth to explore their artistic passions, develop their skills, and make meaningful contributions to their communities through the arts.
We invite applications from young artists whose work fosters creativity, community connection, and personal growth.
We also provide funding for individuals 18 and older who are creating impactful arts opportunities for youth.
